Saturday night, June 14, Pittsburgh Raceway Park will come alive as the Northeast Outlaw Pro Modified Association will make the first of two visits to the 1/4-mile IHRA sanctioned drag racing facility in Westmoreland County.
 
The 6 second, 230 mph Pro Mods are the most unique drag racing machines in the sport today.  Four distinct performance combinations will square off in the eight car field.  Nitrous assisted late model doorslammers, mountain motor powered full-bodied machines along with blower equipped cars and even turbo powered cars will compete under the lights at PRP.

Gates open at 9 a.m., regular racing eliminations start no earlier than 5 p.m. and the Northeast Pro Mod's will face off at 7, 8:30 and 10 p.m.
