The directors and management of Oxford Dragway gave a warm welcome to a recent visit from IHRA staff.  Although Friday night was rained out, the weather bounced back for a perfect Saturday which in addition to the regular bracket program included a visit from the Central Mass drag racers.  “The facility which is located in Oxford, Maine is a well maintained 1/8 mile track “, stated Joel Thompson, IHRA Division Director.  “Andy and his entire staff worked hard to get the track in shape following the rain and it was very much appreciated by the racers.”

While under new management, Oxford Dragway is working with IHRA officials on bringing Summit Super Series and Ironman Classic programs to the track in the near future.
