With overcast skies and rain pending, Team #1 from Maryland International Raceway easily won the first ever all junior Team Finals at Pittsburgh Raceway Park with 19 points. Second place goes to Milan Dragway with an impressive 12 points closely followed by Team beaver Springs with 11 points. PRP team #2 had 9 points with Capitol Raceway following them with 8 points. “We can’t wait to take the Team Championship Ironman home to Royce Miller,” team MIR was heard to say.

“We’d had some unforeseeable problems on Saturday morning with lightning damaging most of the timing equipment, but once we replaced most of that, we are please with the way the event ran. It was great to have the families and junior competitors here,” said Frank Tedesco of PRP. “Our juniors are looking forward to attending the team finals at MIR in August.”
