Grand Crowne Resorts Becomes Major Sponsor For Scott Palmer Top Fuel Team

Grand Crowne Resorts has been signed as a major sponsor for the Top Fuel Dragster Team of Scott Palmer. Grand Crowne Resorts joins Nitroplate High Temp coatings as the two major sponsors for the team.

The”Grand Crowne Resorts Top Fuel Dragster Team” will be giving away a trip to a National event at the end of the season as a way to promote Drag Racing and Grand Crowne Resorts. Nationwide promotions will include the GCR Top Fuel Team and the sport of Drag Racing.

The team has taken delivery of a new 2006 Mckinney T/F car and will be testing the week after the Gainsville event. Grand Crowne Resorts will join Lucas Oil, Marck Ind, Sunshine Automotive,Wizards,Superlifts,Heckert Construction and Nitroplate High Temp Coatings. The Nitroplate/GCR Top Fuel Team will begin the season with a stop in San Antonio on the way to Houston.

Larry Frazier will be on board calling the shots,Danny Moore (Team Manager) and longtime Alcohol Funny Car guru Ronnie Stidham will also be onboard assisting. The deal was put together in the last month and will allow the team to compete at most of the remaining National events. The GOS rendering was applied at Brett Skaggs shop in Ozark,Mo.
